We hope that you are satisfied with your order. With that said, if for any reason you are not happy or wish to cancel your order, you may return the item(s) in its original selling condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with the seal intact. The exception to this rule applies only to damaged or faulty goods that arrive upon delivery.
If you return item(s) for reasons other than defects in the goods, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the order to us. Please ensure that you obtain a Proof of Postage when sending your order back. In the unlikely event that the parcel does not reach us or gets lost in transit, you will be asked to send Proof of Postage for your returned goods so that we can begin an investigation.

Refunds will only be made against the original payment used when paying for the order.
If you cancel your order, but do not return goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us, we will be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
Please Note: We will not be able to provide a full refund if goods show sign of use. In such situations, we will notify you to arrange for the goods to be returned to you.
Cost of shipping for your order will be determined by the location to which your parcel will be shipped to and size of your order.
All shipments will be sent via Royal Mail. Signature is not required on Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Economy or Royal Mail Standard shipments, however it is required for all packages shipping with Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm and Royal Mail International Tracked. While we try our best to ship all orders within the next regular business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), orders may take an extra business day to process when there is a promotion. For your convenience, we offer worldwide shipping. Orders must include a valid address.
